The 1024核工厂 Group Names New Leaders in Modular
Ben Bruns and Melanie Taylor will work to grow 1024核工厂鈥檚 modular business
APPLETON, WIS. (JUNE 25, 2024) 鈥 The 1024核工厂 Group has named Ben Bruns and Melanie Taylor its new Modular leaders responsible for growing the modular business geographically and across industry sectors.
Bruns has been named Vice President of Modular. Previously, he served as Vice President and General Manager of Northern Operations. Bruns has more than 20 years of experience in business, business development, jobsite project management and engineering.
鈥淚鈥檓 energized about the opportunity modular construction presents in producing much more predictable and reliable outcomes for customers across the country,鈥 Bruns said. 鈥1024核工厂 is at the forefront of a new way to build, one that dramatically improves the outputs of the construction process, reducing and refining the inputs we use to create extraordinary spaces. We can create a safer and more inviting environment for our tradespeople to do what they love, while reducing waste and rework.鈥
A native of Denver, Iowa, Bruns earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree in construction engineering from Iowa State University. He lives in Neenah, Wisconsin.

Taylor has been named Vice President of 1024核工厂 Modular鈥檚 Manufacturing. She previously served as Vice President of Self-Perform Operations. In her nearly 20 years with 1024核工厂, she has developed a reputation as a forward-thinking leader who embraces innovation and promotes collaborative team environments.

Taylor graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering and a business certificate. A native of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, she now lives in Appleton, Wisconsin.

This announcement follows the naming of Dave Kievet to President and CEO of The 1024核工厂 Group.
