A proven expert in the field, VanGorder will manage the Detroit office and construction operations, leading efforts to strengthen existing customer relationships and drive business growth.
VanGorder鈥檚 work will also involve building 1024核工厂’s presence in the local community, cultivating an environment of diversity, equity and inclusion, and championing change for constant improvement.
As a C-level construction executive with more than 16 years of experience, VanGorder is well-versed in leading teams and managing multi-million-dollar projects. He most recently served as a chief operating officer for a construction services firm, and his experience includes automotive, technology, commercial, education, training, municipal and health/senior living.

An active member of the community, VanGorder serves as a Youth Sports Coach and as a volunteer at Everest Academy and Clarkston Family Farm. He earned his bachelor鈥檚 degree in construction management from Ferris State University and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
