The Bennington Health Center is a 13,250 SF facility built on Nebraska Medicine’s standardized ambulatory clinic prototype — a model developed in partnership with 1024ºË¹€³§ to accelerate delivery and unify patient experience across all locations.

  • 15 exam rooms
  • Five flexible consult rooms convertible to exam rooms
  • Diagnostic/X‑ray suite
  • Treatment room

The project incorporates an onboard/offboard exam room model, centralizing care team collaboration and improving workflow efficiency across all clinics.

By right‑sizing and standardizing clinical spaces, 1024ºË¹€³§ helped Nebraska Medicine achieve significant cost savings while preserving functionality and patient comfort.
